Vascular tumors can appear anywhere from head to toe, immediately after birth or later in life too.

This 28yo pt had 2 on the back of the hand for almost 10years. He went to various hospitals, tried non allopathic treatments, ended up getting a burn on his hand and no regression of the tumor.
